We understand the importance of trust when buying used auto parts. That’s why every part we sell is backed by a clear warranty and return policy, giving you confidence from the moment you place your order.
Warranty Coverage
At 13 Stone Auto Parts, we stand behind the quality of our parts. Most major components like used engines, used transmissions, and ECMs come with up to a 60-month (5-year) warranty, depending on the part and listing.
What’s Covered?

Defects in workmanship or material upon delivery

Failures of covered internal components under normal use

Engine long blocks: cylinder heads, engine block, crankshaft, pistons, camshaft, rockers, etc.

Transmissions: gears, valve bodies, internal shafts, torque converters
What’s Not Covered?

External accessories or bolt-on components (sensors, harnesses, wires)
-
Failure due to improper installation or misuse

Damage caused by non-replacement of seals, gaskets, fluids, or filters

Labor, towing, or rental vehicle costs
Warranty Activation:

Your part must be installed properly by a certified mechanic

Proof of installation may be required

For engines and transmissions, we highly recommend replacing the oil filter, gaskets, seals, and performing a flush
-
Improper installation or missing proof of installation may void the warranty
Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.
Return Eligibility:

You must request a return within 10 business days of receiving your part

Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting our support team

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in the original condition

Include all original components, packaging, and paperwork
Damaged or Incorrect Parts?

Must be reported within 3 business days of delivery

We’ll work quickly to replace the part or issue a refund once verified
Return Shipping:

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error
Restocking Fee:
-
All authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee

No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations under the following conditions:

Within 4 hours of placing the order: No charge

Within 48 hours: 10% restocking fee

After 48 hours: Returns only under the return policy above
Shipping Information

Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

A $100 shipping fee applies to residential deliveries unless otherwise agreed

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs if the delivery is refused
